Honestly, I'm not all into the idea of going anywhere to protect anyone. If somebody wants my protection, maybe they should come to me instead of expecting me to come to them.

As much as I'd love to be her knight in shining armor, I doubt she'd be thrilled about having me protect her. She is a grown woman who can take care of herself, after all. The best I can do, though, is be the one she falls back on if things ever get too rough to handle.

And really, what could I say that would be truly different from what most people would say about the one they love? For the most part, I find waifu threads rather strange because most people say the same things over and over again.
