The ambiguity of what Gowther meant by 'staining' is probably intentional.
That his clothes were on in that panel is meant to convey the idea of physical intimacy. While it may not necessarily have been a prelude to them PORKING each other, it's a strong indication of how far they've "progressed" in their relationship that Guila would let herself be held like that. It'd be like putting the cart before the horse if they haven't kissed even after moving on to that level of intimacy.
Guila can probably sympathize with Gowther to some extent; she admitted it herself to Jericho that she no longer felt guilt after drinking the demon's blood. So she's detached enough from her emotions to understand that Gowther was trying to save her. She also seems to understand that she should be punished for the sins she's committed, so that combined with her dulled emotions presents a stronger case for her forgiving Gowther in the scenario that he did fuck her. It helps that he gave her memories of Dale, who she misses.
But like I said at the beginning, the ambiguity of the meaning of "stain" was intentionally done so that you can't go one way or the other.
