I actually think this story's quite refreshingly told for a harem.
While he may not be acting as a teacher should, I do really get a sense of the age difference between the MC and the students.
He's all adult and chill about things while all the girls, while cute to watch, seem immature in comparison to him, and while he can't handle them perfectly, there's the sense he knows exactly what they're thinking but just lets them indulge in their youthful fancies.
The manga title's fitting here, because there have been moments where I thought 'Actually even though he's surrounded by cute girls, I can genuinely see how this would be more of a pain in the neck than anything else'
