I think Life Sexy is probably calling her arrogant, because she's refusing of letting go of the past (she gave up the promised kiss (future) for her (lost) love (past)), and is instead using Ginko as a proxy to feel good about herself.
I think the idea is she won't properly admit she fucked up (big), learn from her mistake and move on. Instead, she's trying to "redo" her mistake (i.e. the self-actualisation) through helping Ginko get the promised kiss.
I don't think Life Sexy was judging Lulu negatively, but merely telling her that her actions would bring nothing for her (because her brother cannot come back to life), and that helping Ginko was as good as a self pat-in-the-back.
I think this is interesting (assuming my impression of this whole deal is correct), because in this regard, Lulu is the opposite of Mitsuko, who in turn wouldn't hold on to anything, but merely use and discard things as she pleased.
Now, Kureha is at a crossroads, either she can move on and forget about Sumika, she can hold on to her memories of Sumika and refuse to move on, or she can both keep her memories of Sumika treasured but still move on.
I find this a likable idea, because most stories stress the theme of moving on, but now we've seen that taking that to an extreme can turn you into shallow person. However, not letting go of the past will make you become stagnant. So, you want a middle ground.
It's like Ginko told Lulu in this episode: "If you forget what you have lost then you'll never get it back." They way I take it, she means that you shouldn't forget what was important to you, even if it currently seems lost, because if you forget (give up on) it, then it truly is lost.

I was going to bring up the crown motif a few weeks ago, but it wasn't as obvious what the importance was at the time when were were still just starting to figure out that Ginko had Reia's star and all that. But now that we know the crowns are also associated with bear royalty, it's becoming increasingly obvious that Ginko's mother really was Reia's special friend. It's nothing new, just another bit of evidence to add to the stack.
