Let's assume that he can be summoned, if he wouldn't receive some "special" class (like avenger and similar) he would probably get assassin. Nullification of magic and his "average" looks could give him concealment (a shitty rank, but he could disappear in crowds etc, and you wouldn't be able to detect him by magic), plus his right hand would basically insta-kill any servant he would touch, so he would be ideal to use in cities. Mostly during the day and in the crowded places, just make him pass by unsuspecting master+servant duo and bump into servant. Hell, he would actually be pretty damn against masters as well, just make him "shake hands" with the enemy master and the master is suddenly without command spells.
He wouldn't be able to get any support from the master though so he would have to conserve mana like seiba, also E rank luck, gg.
