moot said in his 8 hour Q&A, when I threw out 3 names (MVB, shut and Inivisbro) He flat out said, the second two were wrong, and MVB is one.
Then later when he answered my question again (using one name difference). He said that one of the other ones was a person who came on the team 2+ years ago, and developed the official catalog.
So no name was said, but Desuwa did work on the in-line catalog. Whether or not he did it alone is not verified.
As for RapeApe, not confirmed but moot mentioned that the other person was a good friend and was the other person who went through the JanItor Apps with him.
Rapeape sends out the approval e-mails. Thus he is a likely candidate.
