There's a reason this doujin almost took two years to be scanned when this artist's doujins usually get scanned pretty quickly after every Comiket.
Japan didn't like it at all and it isn't really NTR but the author killed all interest in this series which is why the author hasn't made any new update for this series in two years and removed all references to this doujin in his official blog.
