KnJ manga is actually really good though. It's the sort of thing you'll re-read a few times and still love. Top-tier character developments. Top-tier writing. Great arcs. Good mix of serious stuff and lighthearted stuff. Good messages in there. It's really good. Masterpiece even. The ending is a little wonky and rushed, but I tend to think that's more the publisher/government's fault than the mangaka. Still passable though. Oh and, the art is also really good. Not to mention all the amazing sexual stuff and how well integrated into the actual plot fanservice-y type things often were. Fuck, I'm gonna re-read it again. Great manga.

Regarding the latest chapter, Glasses is the one that stabbed him, right? In the few frames we see late Ch1/early Ch2 of the stabbing it looks just like her except we can't see the face - glasses would've given it away.
Also all those pics she stabbed - I suppose in that timeline dude was a player since he's got a different girl in each pic. If I had to guess, that was an earlier timeline, and the timeline we first see him in (3X yr virgin) glasses girl must've altered the timeline to make him a loser somehow since she didn't want him to end up with other girls.
