I'll say it again, if there was even an instant in Accelerator's entire life when he let his guard down, Flash wins. If punches don't work, Flash can go back in time and prevent Accelerator from being born. If he doesn't feel like rewriting history, he can just starve Accelerator by stealing all the food and drink Accelerator reaches for. The thing is that Flash has a ridiculous power set that the writers made up and added to without comprehending just what it means when a guy can move faster than infinity, which Flash can. I mean, there's a page about how Flash saves hundred-something thousand people from a nuke in the time between the detonation and the point where people start dying, and it was written as Flash moving slightly slower than the speed of light when he was in fact moving insanely many times faster.
