Grail wars are small shit to him, and he did help in 2 ways. He gives Rin (and probably others) magic artifacts like the kaleidostick and jewel sword, which can make a massive difference.

He probably knows/thinks the grail war will have an acceptable outcome even without him involving himself more directly. He has his own wacky space time adventures to deal with as well.
