If anything Sena is the most realistic of them. After being sheltered for her whole life she doesn't understand the differences between platonic and romantic loves and women are as a rule more open to bisexuality simply because of human social dynamics and evolution.
This show is terrible in a lot of ways, and I am pretty sure the pseudo-accurate portrayal of a completely mentally maladjusted rich girl is incidental; that said, I've seen extremely sheltered teenage girls act much the same way toward their close female friends.
