Sometimes I consider reading LNs like this. The anime adaptations are usually quite fun.
But in the end I just find the anime versions more engaging.
What i don't understand is why does this gets an anime adaptation while stuff like Overlord or Mushoku Tensei are stuck in novel form.

Volume 1 could probably be pretty quick. Maybe 3 episodes, with the majority focused around interaction with Roxy, Sylphy, with some necessary stuff around it.
Proceeding Volumes could make 4~ episodes.
That said, I feel like they'd want to wait for a proper place to conclude the anime season. I can't imagine MT getting a full adaptation right off the bat, simply because it's a light novel, so Season 1 will probably finish at Volume 6, at the latest.
