Most of us haven't even watched much of Shippuden, so we're not really going to be able to compare all the openings for you. I only ever saw the first two, and the first was better.
Also, the five OP pre-timeskip was definitely the best.

As far as I know, OP6 and OP16 are highly regarded.
OP1, OP4, OP7, OP14, and OP15 are not too shabby either.
OP2 and OP10 (pic related) are the "funny" ones.
