Nah. Even if Archer accepts Shirou, he'd never get that close to him. The way I figure, he'd still be largely dismissive of Shirou and they'd pretty much never get along. They might be able to agree on some things seeing as how they're the same person, but throw away any thoughts about them becoming "bros".
Just because you want something to happen doesn't mean it would. Besides, they dislike each other on a fundamental level. Even if they're civil with each other, that's gonna be the extent of it. Being forced to experience your past self's stupidity would put anyone in a sour mood. And seeing just how much of a cynical narcissist his future self is probably doesn't make Shirou very happy either.

See I think people mistake something about Archer. He wouldn't straight-out kill Shirou, even if he summoned him. He always gives himself multiple chances to rescind his ideals and to take a new path, like he does in HF. Even in UBW, it took until Ryudou Temple before Archer attacked him head-on, and for the entire time period before that, he tried to convince Shirou while protecting him (from Caster, going home after the Berzercar fight, and such).
