The "flowers" crawled around the labs and tried to hide, and eventually made it to a Judgment branch office where the real Uiharu was working. But it was astonished to find that Uiharu's esper power (to keep things warm) basically satisfied its hunger just as well, so it burrowed its roots into poor Uiharu's head.The girl vainly tried to tear it off, but it completely took over Uiharu's mind. Yes and no. The creature tries to make her act just like she did before it took over, and so far no one has suspected anything. So the flowers are "acting", but her personality remains more or less intact. The flowers themselves don't see the point of putting up with Saten's bullshit or trolling Kuroko, but since it's a parasite it needs to preserve its host to a near-normal state.

The flowers often take a break and slide off her head. Uiharu retains memories of what she+Flowers did, so she acts like she used to before Flowers got her. She also conveniently forgets that she's being controlled by Flowers most of the time. Think of the flowers creature as something like a mini-Misaki.

Probably Biridere 1 and 2. I bought Biridere 2 and then the artist posted the first one on their pixiv. The scans are relatively small but since I don't have the first book I'll have to deal with it.
