I also liked Musou Tensei.
It made all the earlier scenes where Ken said that his major enemies or allies that died would live on within him seem like they'd actually led up to that scene.
It also paid respect to his old enemies I thought, it showed that they were still remembered, their lives had been relevant, and that Kenshiro could only do the things he could do now because of them.
RyuseiSeikuken was something I liked. They built up to it pretty well, implemented it at the right moment, and it was satisfying to see it come into effect. The fact that it wasn't enough to start with the first time it was used, and that Shou found a way round it pretty quickly was nice too, as Kenichi had to think more and use it a second time to get it right.
It also complimented the ideas that the two characters were fighting over, so Kenichi didn't just win because he became stronger, he won because his ideals were right.
Plus it helped give insight into Shou and left him off as a sympathetic character.
Having said that, it was never quite as effective again, with for utility, or its function in the story, but it remained a neat move with a good visual.
