How about the fact that Kafuka actuallydoes not exist. There however exists a certain girl mentioned a couple times called An Akagi. Her father killed her by throwing her in front of a car and made away with the life insurance money. The organs went to twelve girls who tried to commit suicide, aka the main cast. None of them knew Akagi, and the only thing they knew of is that it's some teen from Tokyo. From being forgotten and unknown, An came back as a spirit that called itself Kafuka. It possesses members of the main cast to speak as herself.
In the end, Itoshiki loved Kafuka and only Kafuka and spent the rest of his life marrying all twelve (well, marrying the one Kafuka possesses right now) and making babies that look and act exactly like Kafuka. A random observer was (un)fortunate enough to notice this and got absorbed into the hivemind. Kafuka as we know her is destined for oblivion, however.

The last 10 chapters of the manga, which i don't think are animated, are A RIDE.
Then you re-read the series and realize that Kumeta planned this shit literally from the very first chapter.It might be me seeing things, but I think manga doesn't really have shots of the whole cast simultaneously, including Kafuka.
