You don't even need to zoom (or tilt the monitor to those effects).
Granted, it might not be that obvious in the example you provided, I'll give you that, but it is definitely there.

Protip: you can do away with those issues and achieve quality very close to the loseless (png) one with jpg but it probably would up the size as well. One of the points of using png is that it can compress black and white images very well depending on content and the settings used.
