So far all we have to know is some rough clues that might make sense later on and raise interest, but don't amount to too much just yet. This might take place at the end of humanity, the fate of the planet. During the trailer that might be the Mooncell or Angya in the sky, but it feels different. Mooncell would give us an answer why all these figures converge, but this feels like something entirely different in a way.
Whatever this is it's a mystery unlike anything before.

A class is just a mold to fit the hero into, new molds aren't hard to make if you're one of the makers of the ritual.

To be fair, even the original F/SN stated that the only requisite classes were Lancer, Saber and Archer. I always felt that Urobuchi's copying of the seven classes, and coming up with some stupid excuse to make Rais a caster was a cheap cop out of creativity.
Heck, I think Zero is the only part of the Franchise to not introduce or otherwise toy with the class system.

Yes, it's theoretically possible to create new classes for a Grail War. You need to be in a position to know how, though. The Einzberns invented the ritual, the Grail itself is the Grail itself, and the Moon Cell is the Moon Cell. It isn't as if just anybody could do it.

Getting summoned in the right area for your legend gives you a fame boost. It makes no sense that people wouldn't regularly try to capitalise on that.
