I don't know of any deaths due to ghosts, demons, etc. but I do know that there was at least one case where a woman was allegedly possessed by a demon and died during an exorcism, though the reason for her death is debated.
I don't remember names and dates but I read about it in one of my books. Probably easy to find using Google.
