As for keeping going, I like to think about how big and beautiful the world is, and how I don't want to miss any of it. I almost envy you. Maybe if I felt like collapsing in on myself I'd do something about it. Do some things I've always wanted to do. You dream most vividly right before you wake up, so take those dreams in your hand and walk right into the waking world. Now I know there's no real cure for depression, but I've been pretty down at times, and the only way for me to deal with it was to forget it, to drown it in something that isn't mind-numbing. Now that's not to say things I wanted to do, because when you're that down, all you want to do is be numb. All I'm saying is you've only got to pull the trigger on an adventure once. Once you're out there you'll be dragging your old self by the scruff of his neck, and doing things you should have been doing all along.
