Most /u/ writefags put things on AO3 (archiveofourown.org) these days from what I've seen. FFDN is still pretty popular too, largely through inertia.
I'd discourage pastebin since the archives are dead, so digging for fic got a lot harder, but it's a good stopgap if you're waiting for an AO3 invite to go through.

Discworld and Touhou are pretty similar in general. They're both all-myths-are-true settings, they both run on storytelling rather than rationality (the Disc's narrativium and Gensokyo's reversal of outside world belief), and they both started out as fairly traditional fantasy parodies before becoming more interested in ideas like the effects of modernization and cultural identity.

Nue and Murasa are so cute in any comic they appear in. Say what you will about Yohane's choices in how they draw characters, when there is an established couple they get the full cute lovey dovey couple treatment. Nue and Murasa get the msot just because of the number of times they show up in doujin to other pairings but they are always hanging off one another. Meiling and Sakuya even have a daughter and in both the SatorixRemilia and the IkuxFairy Maid series they never stop being cute together.

His Patchy has really run the gamut over time. Some of Yohane's art/doujin has a full figured mature looking Patchy with larger breasts than even Meiling, sometimes she's just chubby, sometimes she's skinny to the point of being unhealthy (Which to be fair might actually fit better with the fact that she's actually almost always sick and in poor health), and of course there's ripped Patchy that this other Onee-san posted. Though that was only the one pic. Really Yohane seems to like experimenting with her the most in terms of her body shape.

Honestly it varies pretty wildly on which artist is drawing them. They are one of those great pairings when either can top/bottom and it never seems forced.
For reference in this pic we have from left to right, seme-Meilingxuke-Sakuya, uke-Meilingxseme-Sakuya, double uke, and double seme. Obviously as you can see from this chart double seme is the best. The two of them as confident assertive women in a relationship while still both servants of a vampire is the best.Second is seme-Meiling
So I've poked around here and there but what I really want is as fic or doujin where Meiling or Sakuya end up in a relationship with someone from outside the SDM where their partner eventually moves into the SDM and they have to interact with their partner's family. This kinda happens with Yohane's IkuxFairy Maid series where Iku eventually moves into the SDM and works as a maid. There's a few little things in there where she befriends other members of the SDM and hangs out with Sakuya along with her and Meiling's child.
If anyone has a link to fics or doujin with this theme or anything like that in there please share.

Even MeiPatchi is hard to find despite the great combo it create ( Sick-short-cold-intellectual Patchouly with healty-big-warm-silly-athletic Meiling).
Seems like MeiSaku have a monopoly on Meiling ships. Don't get me wrong, I love this ship too but some variety wouldn't hurt.

I want to keep playing it, but I just can't justify the changes they made to the SP system from the first game.
I honestly don't even remember if it has any notable text at all, but Mystical Chain is all about picking two of Patchouli, Alice, and Marisa to go on a date of sorts, with the third member being the final boss.
It let me play as a Patchouli Alice tag team, so I was happy. USB Controller highly recommended though for anything more than easy modo.

I really do like this pairing. It's probably the fastest I've ever adopted a Touhou pairing after a game came out, but it just really works for me.
A big factor in that is that they're actually close in an observable way in-game (sharing a stage was previously reserved for siblings), the design contrast just hits the right buttons for me or something, and as a bonus they even get to mom Clownpiece.
Hopefully we'll see some doujins come Comiket or Reitaisei.
