He's a really fun character in a subtle way, but just doesn't have any true skills aside from winning immunity occasionally. Everybody in the original HvW had something going for them -- being very skillful in strategy and/or challenges. Randy and Sugar were the exceptions and only cast for their rivalry and to represent their season. Keith has had his two chances now and bringing him back for a third just for being likable wouldn't make much sense.
