One of the test players, we mostly talk about the characters we want to play, and enter them into a google docs spreadsheet, some people are slow when it comes to making their characters.

The basic flow of a Nirulea game night
1 - loiter in the chatstep room until something happens
2 - try and come up with a character idea, and then figure out how you'd do it in the system.
3 - wait the fifty minutes for everyone else to fill in their characters on the listing.
4 - Start the game and wait for the GM to finish the unneccesarily slow opening blurb to the game.
5 - Try to figure out what to do from there.
6 - fight slimes, because it's always slimes.
7 - listen to the people who love the slime content moan in character about not getting to have any of the slimes force their way into them.
8 - curse RNGsus for making several rounds with no one actually hitting.
9 - finish the boss fight or big conflict, and watch as people wander off without saying anything.
10 - feel obligated to stay for the post-game stumbling roleplaying that no one really does anything interesting in.
11 - leave when you realize it's past two in the morning.
