he went for a gap at the same time rosberg moved over to defend. imo a racing incident but a stupid one.
rosberg used a setting which made him faster on start but slower after a few turns, the speed difference was really the main problem.
really stupid though, by both, trying to win on the first lap, should have known better.

Rosberg was in the wrong engine mode. He got a great start, overtook Lewis on the outside, and Lewis tried to battle back in the next turn. Because Nico was in the wrong engine mode, Lewis came up behind him quicker than he expected and wrecked him.
Both guys were at fault. Nico should not have been in the wrong engine mode and Lewis should have been more aware of his teammate's speed. If Lewis had braked, Nico would have led into the next turn.
I don't know what would have happened if Nico kept racing in the wrong engine mode. I suspect his engine would have overheated or blown up.

Any change to your subscription will get rid of it and you will have to pay for the full Sky Sport pack to get F1 which is a stupid amount of extra money.

The whole post race felt really awkward. I know Monaco has always had a weird set up, but something was off this time. Everyone was standing around like they weren't sure what to do. The celebrities in attendance seemed to be allowed closer than the actual teams.
