What music do you listen to?
Personally I'm all over the place as one genre never seems to fit in every situation, as in: self appreciating rap when exercising, 90s rock/alt when I'm having those feels, electronic when I want to relax, whatever Animals As Leaders falls into when the rest gets boring.
The leak dance song on infinite loop in my head when I need to stay focused.
