Today I went to the store to look at some DXM products. Anyway, looking through a few, I kept seeing that the active ingredients were DXM and then something like Guaifenesin. My question is, what the hell is "Guaifenesin" and is it dangerous?

Generally, you should avoid the guaf. Look for ones that only contain DXM. Also, ask here:

Dollar store near me ( Dollar Tree ) carries 20 15mg DXM gelcaps. Only DXM in them.

Oh and don't fuck with guaf it's gay

Guaf makes some people sick. It doesn't really for me, but stick with pure DXM.

No, Guaif isn't dangerous. I've tripped on DXM with that in it, turned out great. But don't trust your life to a post on 4chan, do your own research.
