I doubt we will win again, the normies now think the FPÖ are just sore losers and vote against them out of smite.

I really want a Hofer presidency aswell but i don't get my hopes too much up, i am glad when the whole election goes over the table in a nice way this time without any rigging or protocoll bullshit that led us in this situation in the first place.

Why were there towns in Vorarlberg, probably the most conservative part of Austria, voting for the leftist?

I never understood that. I've been there. The richest state in Austria, the only state without a university, no airport. Why on earth did they vote for the man who would ruin all that?

"I am a Hofer supporter"
"supporter" and "trailer" are the same word in german, also, Hofer is also the name of a supermarket franchise

it´s a coincidence
>>
>>79388788

>I'm a Hofer supporter.

The joke is that "Anhänger" also means trailer. Also "Hofer" is a discounter unrelated to the politician.

I honestly don't know which way it'll swing.

>Brexit happened, but situation in UK is pretty shitty right now [-Hofer]

I honestly could see it go both ways again. Nobody has a clear advantage. I'm just hoping this time the winner will be with at least a 2% margin, so we can be done with this shit.

I go to the polling station like most honest voters and then the potal vote fucks us all over, because a few election officials are too stupid to read the law... *sigh*

Still no evidence for that though. If they even found a single instance of clear fraudulent impact on the result they might have it in the bag. They didn't even try to go for that argument in front of the press or the constitutional court though... All they said was "Formal mistakes were made which theoretically could have impacted the result. We have no evidence that it actually did." - if they had, it would be all over the news, believe me. The FPÖ isn't know for holding back evidence and acusations of serious misconduct by the political opponents.

Every ultra right party that gets into power or even just government usually becomes unpopular because they lose their protest vote exoticness.

It happened to the FPO when they did a coalition with the OVP and 60% of their support went to the larger OVP.

Even the True Finns party that got into government they'd lose 66% of their seats today. And who do they lose support to? the friggin greens and socialdemocrats.

On One side I think hofer can win now because thanks to the brexit now austria wants the same. But my experience in swiss referendums here is that if you deny the people's decision they will punish you in the next vote. So I think it would be better if the FPÖ lose this court-case and therefore gain power in the next parliament election.

>>
>>79390233

It's not the same everywhere. Sometimes EU-elections and referendums help parties to gain momentum.

This is what happened to the Fidesz here. First they had referendum about some stupid stuff like a "visit fee" you had to pay every time you went to a doctor, but they showed that people are getting sick of the government.

And it made the great leftist coalition fall apart, since no one wanted to back an unpopular administration anymore.

Showing power is a great way to fracture the enemy if they aren't in a political monolith and in Austria this is the case. The "far-right" needs legitimacy and with every election won they can gain some and make the moderates open up or at least abandon the idea of a great coalition.

But theres a difference since the DPP isnt in government so the spotlight and blame gets put on their partner the Liberal Party(Which is quite conservative despite the name).

If Hofer gets the Presidency the office is literally useless since most power is towards the Parliament.

The other guy mentioned that it was a bad idea to win in a re-run because the built up anger for thr next Parliamentary election will be gone if Hofer is president since him and his party is in the spotlight.

And that it was better for them to concede the President election and work on the Parliamentary election where real power is held. Since they need that anger and excitement to max the most seats they can get.
>>
>>79390820
Austrians are in kind of a weird place. We hate the EU for telling us what to do, even most middle-left people dislike the EU Government in Brussels.

At the same time everyone but the diehardest rightwingers knows, that Austria without the EU would be fucked to no tomorrow.
We have no industry to speak of, except for some weapons manufacturers. Our agrar sector is mostly just old family owned business that will go out of business once the current heir dies.

Austria lives and dies by the tertiary sector and if we left the EU, that sector would be fucked hard.
We'd lose all the banks and international firms to Prague, Bratislava or Budapest. Tourism would break down too.

The UK took a dive now, but atleast has the potential to rise out of it in 5-10 years with their own power. UK as an Island has a way to do business with everyone on the whole world. If the borders around Austria close, shits fucked.

It pains me to say this , but in the case of an Öxit I would vote stay, without the business and financial benefits of being in the EU this country would turn into a poor shithole soon.

Fidesz and Orbán are both fascinating stories. Orbán is constantly deconstructing, rebuilding and reorienting his party.

Orbán is also one of a small minority of national leaders to rule with an absolute majority. This is what all right-wing and nationalist parties must aim for.
>>
>>79390687
>Gudenus
the old one or the young one?

>>79390740
kinda, sorta, no, not really. There has definitely been misconduct regarding a proper process. There has been no evidence whatsoever that actual tampering happened, affecting the result. The decision by the constitutional court was deliberately over-broad. The chief justice opened by saying their decision was aimed at restoring faith of the population in the result and elections in general. The chance, the uncertainty whether tampering has occured is enough to void the whole thing. While those arguemtns have some weight, as I see it the FPÖ desperately needs a win.

While they've become stronger and stronger in the past few years, they've never really won out. Even the angry middle and protestvoters might look somewhere else after a while thinking "voting FPÖ doesnt do anything, they'll lose in the end againts an alliance."

Neos are becoming more relevant and Griss is talking abotu starting a party too, the FPÖ needs a win in their books so they dont lose attractivity in the middle sector.

Well. Let's see about that. Greens started appearing an coalitions after state elections and it gave them a huge boost. So far FPÖ only broke into major responsibility in Burgenland where they're currently in a coalition with SPÖ. If they show they are government material, I can see them getting more support in federal elections.

The problem is, as someone else mentioned - they don't need to win. In fact, it would be horrible for them. They are a good opposition party and nothing else. If not for BZÖ and TS they'd get *all* the protest votes. If they come to power, they'll tank *hard*. In part because almost nothing of what they promise is fulfillable or sustainable.

>Antifa
No. That's a /pol/ meme.
>tallied by people unauthorized to do so
Possible, although a bit of a grey area (many delegates from the parties didn't show up and someone had to count). Still doesn't mean tampering if the unauthorized people tallied correctly though. Hofer didn't even allege incorrect results and there have been no recounts, so there's no way the constitutional court would have checked or the BBC correctly reported on this issue. Nobody knows whether tampering has occured, but the court doesn't want to take a chance on it either. The theoretical possibility of tampering is enough to void the election.

Theoretically. If he does, I'm thinking about civil war. Tyrants not respecting the elected parliament need to be disposed of.
>FPO then win goverment
I seriously doubt it. Dissolution of the parliament would be a first in the Second Republic. It would be a huge uproar and red flag to many people. The FPÖ would pay the price and I don't think they would risk it.
>Hofer comissions millitary officers, all pro-coup FPO officers
Nope. Apart from visiting parades supreme commandership has been permanently delegated to the Minister of Defense. Hofer could reverse it, but again - it would be a pretty bold move and the president doesn't really have the staff to handle this responsibility.

>>79392952
I agree that the result should be discarded and they were today. Violation of proceedure designed to prevent tampering is still not positive proof of tampering itself though. Next time a Muslim rapespree occurs, or a Muslim terror attack, or a Muslim crime spree, that is the big reason to go to new elections. Enough is enough, the invasion must end and only an FPO government will end it.

Separatism is a different issue, anon. I can agree on those grounds. Yes, Brexit did push independence of Scotland further, which pushed Catalonia, which also had an effect on Podemos. It was a part of the effect that had them lose.

But saying that that is a major effect on Europe is really, really wrong.

Brexit barely had any effect on Europe.

We already have, my friend.

You can have Podemos, but nothing has happened. We already see the results, its practically only a few points for Le Pen.

That Scotland will have results, that's probably true. But independence was always on the cars, even if this pushed it a little along the way.

That's exactly what we need, and that's exactly what we'll get. The only thing that we have to pick is whether the authoritarians are going to be leftists who'll slowly turn Austria into Istanbul, or the ones trying to fend off that fate.

It's fine if you don't like it, but "kindly fuck off, will you?" won't stop someone forcing the fence sitters one way or the other, I'm sorry.

No cuck. An army coup is the Right Wing secret weapon and recourse the Left want to pretend is verboten while they destroy your country and your rational men get overruled by an irrational female electorate.

No "far and square, you got crazy women to support you, you get to destroy the country now" bullshit.

If Hofer wins he can force an overhaul of Austrain politics and power in a very short time by calling new elections and stacking the army with friendly officers.

For a cuck like you who doesn't actually want to win, that may seem a bit too forward or impolite, that is what winning is you fucking cuck. Stop putting abstract wishy washy values of politness abd temperance above the salvation of your country. Do what needs to be done, play hard power politics, gain power for the hard right, deny power to tge suicidal Left/lunatic female electorate.

Start proselytising to the Army the possibility and necessity of a coup, of an armed intervention of men to install the FPO to override the suicical madness of a female electorates attempt to destroy the nation.

The time may come soon. Army coups are thr Rights secret weapon. Armies are made up of men, men are Right win (60+% of men voted Hofer), the Lrft are made of of women who can't fight, and nu-males who can't fight.

At some point real men will need to intervene to save their country from the lunacy of crazy barren cat lady women, who can not and will not resist if it comes to a battle of force.

It was possible that it could have been rigged.

Even if they had proof it was rigged they would deny it when it was an important election.

Smaller elections have been rigged in the past often enough. Courts even acknowledged that. Noone was ever punished as far as I know.

The Austrian Army is full of real men

If democracy has failed, if the irrational female electorate and nu-male vote is too much for rational and normal real men to overcome, then make you dream purge into a reality.

Women and nu-makes can't fight. The people who voted for Hofer, and the Army, can.

Win by a coup. Purge by a coup. Start talking about it. Start talking about the duty of the Army to intervene and save the nation. It's happened dozens of times in 1st and 2nd world countries around the world since WW2. It's the Rights secret weapon the Left want to pretend doesn't exist. If you need to do it, do it, start making it happen.

Women who refuse to have children, or refuse to have many children, aren't really women, are they? They've failed at the purpose of their life, haven't they? Alienated from their nature.

Don't consider them women or real people, they're not. Outside of those who dedicate themselves to God, to choose to be barren is to abandon to abandon your humanity, to abandon your future, abandon your nation and race. Barrenness is a death wish, and these barren """women""" vote likewise for their nationa death to a Muslim invasion, like they vote to never being your nation and races next generation into existence.

Override their vote with your fighting men/Army if needed. And focus on your fertile life-loving women. In a generation or two you can always rebreed and bounce back from any population loss.
>>
>>79389897
This would have happened, and would have been a necessary step for a successful FPÖ, but Strache has stopped this to happen. He doesn't realize that he is one of the reasons why FPÖ hasn't won an election yet. I imagine that he's thinking that he brought FPÖ its success, and wants to take them all the way not considering that the lack of policy of the former two main parties actually made FPÖ a relevant factor again.
>>
>>79396385

Bundesheer is heavily Red infiltrated.

Manpower officially and theoritically 45.000 -50.000 soldiers. They could mobilize 2.500-5.000 men fast in an emergency situation.

The Austrian army does not even have enough rifles to equip every soldier.

You get trained one month to be cannonfodder - and that's it. No deepening tactical or military training whatsoever. They don't even teach you practical tactical knowledge. They forbit people to ducttape their mags together during "maneuvers".

The other 5 months you get to sit on your hands and clean the barracksm, or drive around some fatassed officer, or are a typist for the ministry.

If you win, you lose. Great arguement from the Trudeau Left of Europe.

Take note, the Left are shit scared of Army coup. They know that their support base are women and nu-males, and that the vast majoirty of men, and even .lrr so army men, support the nationaliet right

If it ever came down to force or a coup, then would lose harder then Allende. Hence why they pretend it isn't an option or why it is verboten (while the same retards will talk amongsr themselvea about the need for a "revolution", ie a Leftist takeover).

An Army coup is the Rights secret weapon. All that is needed is for the Army to be activated politically, and that can be as simple as a President picking the right generals. Nearly all the Army men and officers already support the Right and are anti-Leftist (like most men, and all non-numale men, are).
