Scotland is within the realms of possibility but still extremely unlikely imo. If there even is a referendum it won't be till all of the instability is over and people have settled down a bit, they'll see sense like they did last time. It was only 40/60 on the EU in scotland after all.

The problem with this is that the Welsh and English flags are so drastically different.
England has a really simple cross on a white background, while Wales has a huge, complex-as-fuck red dragon on a half-green, half-white background. I think >>78551614 fixes this though, with the coat of arms while still keeping the cross and the dragon.
