This definition is so unspecific. A racist thing would be to not hire a black man because blacks have lower IQ in general. Not racist would be to bet that a random black man had lower IQ than a random white man. I can't really believe majority of people would deny that black people are better at running than whites, which would make them all racist by this definition. By this definition racism has nothing to do with hate, which is what liberals accuse racists of. They are very inconsistent with their beliefs.
