Actually this. A very very very little multiculturalism in the bigger cities can be healthy. Or at least I think. You can meet other cultures in your country and the non-europeans will benifit the european country and hopefully leave the bad cultural thing to integrate. Of corse I talking about little numbers like for example 300-400ppl/big city.
Oh and you need to regularry check them to don not overbreed the native population.
