I would recommend using 8 Ritz crackers crushed, 2 eggs, 1 pound of hamburger, 1 cup of ketchup, lots of onion powder, two tsp salt, 2 tsp pepper, then put it in a crock pot on low for 4 hours.
Also a good idea to put a small plate upside-down in the crockpot to keep the meatloaf off the floor of the pot. That way the bottom half doesn't get soggy from grease.
