Unfortunately, they are born into a culture with an extreme racist ideology. Unless they consciously renounce this ideology, they are a threat to people who expect fair treatment from them. Those who do renounce the Talmudic ideology are shunned and criticized by their communities, so it's very rare and difficult for them to do so.
Jews will stop being a threat to gentiles when they stop teaching their children from birth that Jews are a special group, and that gentiles are to be despised and distrusted. Since this is such an ingrained part of their ideology and religion, they're not likely to ever give it up.
