I'm in software engineering so no, it isn't. If it ever gets to the stage where people are comfortable letting computers program themselves completely then I know that universal income will have been a thing for decades beforehand and we will probably be colonizing other planets or be locked in a huge perpetual orgy of lazy unemployed people and society will collapse.
I don't think they can automate barbers and hairdressing. At least elite segment where I work. It envolves personal human contact and and creativity with it.
It's going to be awhile before they can automate wildlands firefighting, but I expect it eventually. With the rise of automation in the forestry sector its just a matter of time until certain hazardous jobs (faller for example) will be something humans don't do.
i negotiate contracts for a living, so probably not. by the time robotic entities are negotiating contracts between one another, humanity will be extinct or a biological curiosity.
