A friend of mine was saying she was going to vote in because of some stupid shit about Spanish holidays and visas until I told her about the proposed ban on menthol cigarettes. She said she wanted things to "stay as they are" without being aware that the status quo is not even on the table. It's so much easier to convince people when you realise the retarded level they're operating on. Most of my mates know fuck all about politics and don't care so I effectively get ten votes in the referendum and every election.
