The idea is you go there and make it more habitable with a homestead. By all accounts the land and environment (that hasn't been strip mines or exploited ) is the sort of stuff Bob Ross painted on a daily basis but even more beautiful. My biggest question would be how you'd interact with the locals. Obviously you can't live totally by yourself. Who do you hire to help build your home?
