The LEGAL migrants we get from India are generally well-mannered, friendly, very very hardworking and enjoy a good time. Same with Sri Lankans. I think its because you have to be reasonably wealthy and/or have a degree to come to Australia, so we usually end up with their good ones.
Its probably different on the homefront, obviously. As far as poo-in-loo goes, i've formulated a theory... just go with it for a moment.
Indians eat so much hot curry because it helps kill the harmful bacteria and parasites which cause dysentery and other life-threatening diseases which arise from cramped, unhygienic conditions. When you poo-in-loo you don't get a proper chance to examine your poo and see if its a healthy poopoo. Indians like to take a good sniff, so squatting on the ground is a great way to do that.
unfortunately, shitting all over the ground is kind of the cause for all the disease, so its more or less a feedback poop. Although, i may just be wrong, because all through the middle east and 3rd world they don't seem to understand germs and have nasty toilet habits overall
