There is the Caucasus region - Chechnya, Dagestan, etc. People there are Muslims, they basically don't follow the federal laws, and they cause trouble wherever they go. About 25 years ago, Chechens genocided the non-Chechen population of Chechnya - that's how a bloody civil war started that lasted for the next decade. Chechen nationalists want to leave Russia and form an Islamic state under Shariah law.
Dagestanian and Ingushetian nationalists would also like to leave and either form their own Islamic countries or unite into a single Halifate.
Russian nationalists believe we should "stop feeding Caucasus"; they are basically very fond of swastikas and all, and their slogan is "Russia for the Russians". Bringing this to life would mean banning other nationalities from territories populated mostly by Russians.
There are regions in the east beyond the Urals that are dirty poor despite having lots of resources. Nationalists in there dream of "stopping to feed Moscow and leaving all the resources for themselves".
Further to the east, in the snowy wastes of regions such as Magadan region, there are indigenous people who've never really known Soviet or Russian government (outside the few tiny cities, that is). Their territories are part of Russia, but all in all, they've been herding deer and hunting walruses and basically left alone, so we don't really know what their nationalists might want, but it's probably different from the wishes of other nationalists in other regions of Russia.
