Illuminate Card Game needed a Psychic Soldiers card.
Their abilities would be: Weird, Government. Any attack that the Psychic Soldiers participate in is Privileged.
They may Remote View instead of attack. This means that you may either look at one opponents hand or the same number of cards from the top of their deck.

The card game also needs a New Chain Restaurant card.
Location, Power 1 Resistance 1. For each turn it survives it gains 1 Power and 1 Resistance. Chain Restaurant can not have more than 3 power or 3 resistance (because it's just fast food, after all.)
When it comes into play all non weird groups do nothing for their next turn. (All the normies have to go check it out instead of doing normal stuff.)
After that turn, you get to draw one extra card each turn (representing the profits you are making on it.)
