BTW this is the same story with Italy and Japan. Both were hit hard economically and blamed outsiders (America). So people were radicalized and there was a great battle between Communism and various forms of nationalism.
The biggest difference here is obviously the magnitude of the problem. All these people on the right who are "outraged" or whatever need to take a hard look at their lives. We have the highest quality of life in the history of our species. We dictate what happens everywhere on earth.
