They of course can't sell, but they have coffee, snacks and anyone is free to leave samples or share their stuff. It is such a relaxed place.

Actually, bars who are older than the no smoking ban weren't required to ban smoking though many did. Likewise, you can smoke weed in the grandfathered establishments if the proprietor allows it. For example, there's one grandfathered bar in Durango, but they don't allow weed smoking inside the bar.
