Disciplinary judge has due to multiple violations of the rules of NZS*, on football match between Olimpija and Maribor in Ljubljana last week, fined Maribor with 15.000€.
*NZS = 'Slovenian Football Federation'
In legal explication it says as it follows:

Sign translates to:
