His major 'accomplishment' was a massive maternity leave program that hands billions of dollars over to more women, while his second major policy pushed huge numbers of men on welfare into forced labour, the value of which is cycled up to middle-class white collar women working in various "charity" organisations like Diabetes Australia which exist solely to serve these primarily female employees.
