About to drop $400 on a set of Kumo Ecsta V720 -- 205/50/15 on 15x7's
Anybody have experience with these tires?
Also considering Bridgestone Potenza RE-71R, but a set of Kumo's would be $80 cheaper

What tires do you run on the touge /o/?
Why not wider? I've got 215s on my 16x6.5. You could probably do 225.

I want to stay narrow cause I plan on using these tires year round and will have to deal with snow.
I bought some sumitomo HTRZ2s at wider and bigger than that for $275 that I've been driving for this summer season since early February.

215s on 6.5s is too much.
215mm is 8.5 inches. 205 should be the absolute max for 6.5s. I run 195s on mine.

Get Direzzas, RS3s, or RE71Rs, I heard the V720s like to chunk/delaminate on the track.
You need to look into that tire wear being on the inside of the wheel.

Toyo Proxes T1R, good price, and are actually quite grippy even when hot. However.. for $50 more bucks or more, closer to $80, Goodyear Eagles, in your size. Won't regret it.

I'm running 205/50/16 BFG SportComp 2 A/S and they do pretty well for me (on a 16x7 wheel).
I would get the RE-71R if I were you, they won't last long but they are the best tire going from what I've heard.
