There's one recording on youtube (can't find it atm) that's literally mental patients from the 1950s just screaming. Pretty horrifying.

how its done
1-Call some patients
2-Go with them to a abandoned place and record them breaking stuff.
3-Go with them to a studio while they scream while listening to 2.
4-Merge 2 and 3
5-Improvise some noise thing while listening to 4.
then there is gulaggh, by the same artists
Replace 5 with:
5-Add spoken words by a some ww2 guy before and after 4
6-Call some musicians to improvise while listening to step 5

there is noise and usual instruments, what is left is field recordings.
1-Record them breaking stuffp
2-Record them screaming while they listen to step 1
3-merge both
4-record them breaking stuff while they listen to 3
5-Record them screaming while they listen to step 3.
6-merge 3, 4 and 5.
but anyway, they said they wouldnt do more stuff after 3 gulaggh albums
