We'd cope the same way the ponies, who have no visible genitalia, do. They still urinate and defecate, as Ponk showed us, but we can't see their junk. So, I imagine ours becomes invisible as well, or goes to whatever pocket dimension pony junk is stored in.

Personally I like to imagine that it isn't that pony and other animals genitalia are invisible but rather the genitals are airbrushed out by Hasbro in post-production, kind of like how in hentai the genitals are (barely) censored.
