Well if anything milk would have a bigger feminizing effect than soy, because it contains actual estrogen instead of plant analogs

Drink whole milk. It has lots of nutrients, and fats. The extra calories will help. What you really need is an excess calories with enough nutrients to use them properly. Best to eat a well balance diet, but to a bit excess.

Interesting fun fact. Through breeding we've pushed the fat content of dairy cow milk so high it is no longer good for calves. Also a good dairy cow should average 70lbs of milk a day, or 10.5 gallons a day. The record producer averaged 197.3 lbs per day over a year, or 29 gallons a day.

That's outdated information. Insulin resistance to glucose is the consequence, but too much dietary sugar is not the cause.
