Not comfy at all, but the Belgian palace of justice is the biggest building from the 19th century and the biggest courthouse in the world, also bigger than St.Peter's Basilica.
It's 160x150 m long, a built surface of 26000m2 and the dome is 105 m high and weighs 24000 tons. The building is so big (and our country so bureaucratic) that we've been renovating it for twelve years now, resulting in the scaffolding needing itself a renovation.
