Who were the Pelasgians and how did they relate to the Minoans?
My personal guess is that the Pelasgians weren't really a unified presence in Greece, they were just scattered bands of peoples who the Greeks conquered on their way into greece.
As for their relationship to the Cretans, I believe that they may have shared an ancient ancestry, and that their ancestors split and left the mainland, eventually founding the Cycladic culture which evolved into the Minoan civilization.
