Please help! So we have a charter satellite box and it was attached to an off brand insignia hdtv via hdmi cables and was also connected to an old ps3 also with hdmi. Earlier this morning the box randomly turned off and would not exhibit signal from the sat box or ps3. I changed cords, tvs, on off, everything I could think and just 10 minutes ago it made two pop sounds, ruined the tv, and made the ps3 smell like fried cables (ps3 still seems to work though) any thoughts of what is wrong? Im calling charter tomorrow regardless but afraid of a fire hazard or burning/frying everything else in this corner of the house
